Purchase and Delivery Terms

General Terms of Purchase

General Terms of Purchase
To shop at Flowing you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a guardian to shop on the Flowing e-commerce site.

The prices include 6–25% VAT, depending on what you purchase. At present you can only shop and receive delivery within Sweden, and you pay in SEK (Swedish Krona).

All attempts at theft or fraud on Flowing’s e-commerce site will be reported to the police. When you make a purchase you must accept the terms, consent to and approve that you have taken part of the information, the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with the privacy policy. 

Reservations
Flowing reserves the right for items to sell out and for products to be discontinued from the range.
We also reserve the right for any typographical errors on Flowing and all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok where we are called flowing.crystals on all of the aforementioned channels.

Force Majeure
Flowing is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that Flowing could not influence, for example strikes, war, terrorist attacks or technical problems. Flowing is also not responsible if these causes affect subcontractors leading to, for example, delays.

In the event of a dispute, always contact our customer service at info@flowing.se

In the event of a dispute, Flowing follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). The National Board for Consumer Disputes can be reached either via www.arn.se, by mail at Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm or by phone at 08-508 860 00.

Residents of an EU country other than Sweden may also choose to submit complaints online via the EU Commission’s platform for dispute mediation, http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

At Flowing we strive to respond to all matters within 24 hours on working days; most often we will contact you promptly by phone, SMS or email. We do our best to handle your questions and matters as quickly and efficiently as possible during our regular opening hours (08:00 - 18:00).

Delivery terms
Deliveries
Deliveries are made with Postnord (domestic). We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.

Delivery times
Orders placed at Flowing have a normal delivery time of 1–3 working days (during peak season it may take longer). If the item is not in stock, it can in some cases be ordered with a longer delivery time from a subcontractor. In such cases the item can be delivered within 4–10 working days depending on the item and supplier. At the moment we do not deliver abroad.

Shipping costs
For orders exceeding a value of SEK 799 we cover the shipping cost. For orders under SEK 799 a shipping fee from SEK 59 to a service point and SEK 199 for home delivery will be added.

Home delivery
Home delivery takes place within the selected delivery interval to the address you have provided, or to another delivery address that you specified when the order was placed. You are responsible for the carrier’s access to the delivery address (by vehicle and on foot) and for updating your account settings with necessary and correct delivery instructions and contact details.

Depending on road conditions and traffic, the time for home delivery may need to be adjusted. In the event of any deviation from the selected delivery interval, you will be contacted on the specified phone number.

You are responsible for keeping registered information up to date (phone number, email address and any other mandatory information).

Uncollected package
If you do not collect your item, we will charge you SEK 200 per parcel for extra administrative work. Your item remains at your service point for up to 7 days, after which the item is returned to us. 

Please note that uncollected packages do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal or free returns.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. Contact our customer service before you return a product to have the return approved. Then follow our further instructions.

The right of withdrawal applies provided that the item is kept in a substantially unchanged condition.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you as a consumer receive the item in your possession. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must, without unnecessary delay and at the latest within 14 days, at your own expense send the item back to xxx in accordance with our return instructions. 

Please note that products classified as foodstuffs are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Therefore, contact customer service to have your return approved before you send the product.

If you choose to return to xxx you bear the risk, therefore it is important that the item cannot be damaged during transport. The item must be unused and sent back in undamaged original packaging, all labels must remain attached and manuals must be included. It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not affixed to the original packaging.

You pay for the return yourself.

We are entitled to make a deduction for loss of value if you have used the item to a greater extent than necessary to test the item’s properties and function.
This deduction may vary from product to product and depending on the loss of value that has occurred.

After a received and approved return, a refund and/or closing of the invoice will take place within 14 days from the time xxx received the return.

Complaints
According to the Consumer Sales Act, you as a customer have a three-year right to make a complaint. If a product is defective or if an error has occurred during or a delay in the delivery, you may make a complaint about the item or the purchase. We then ask you to contact customer service with a detailed description of the defect and follow our further instructions. Complaints to xxx must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered, but no later than within 3 years. xxx reserves the right to primarily remedy the defect, secondarily replace the item and lastly make a repurchase. It is important that you report the defect to us as soon as possible after you have received the packaging. To have your complaint approved, you must contact us before you send back your item.

Payment
Ordering and paying at Flowing is safe and easy. You can choose to pay by debit and credit card (the amount is reserved in your bank account and is not debited until your order has been shipped), invoice, installment payment, Swish and direct payment (for direct payment the account is debited immediately at the time of payment).

Qliro is our payment service provider and handles payment transactions at checkout. When you choose Swish you will therefore see that the payee is Q*xxxx.se, which means that Qliro is the recipient of the money for the purchase and handles the payment on behalf of Flowing.

Which payment options are available to you and the country you order from are presented when placing the order. Payment can be made either before or after delivery, according to your preferences and the payment options presented.

Flowing reserves the right from time to time to add, remove or change the payment options presented on the website.
